STANDARD PACKAGES INCLUDE:  

• Air-conditioned waterfront room w/king or 2 double beds, satellite TV, direct dial phone, mini-refrigerator, in-room coffee maker, full private balcony.

• Flats boat & SUV with professional guide that allows access to the vast fisheries that Grand Bahama offers on the north, south, east and west of the island.

• Access to our club house ‘Bones’  with swim up pool bar, freshly squeezed cocktails, freshly baked savory pies along with the finest sipping rums from around the world, served on the water, in the water or by the water. www.bones-bar.com

• Daily breakfast, daily picnic lunch including non-alcoholic beverages (fishing days only) 

• Free hourly ferry transfers to Taino beach during day light hours. (Covid restrictions currently apply)

 

What’s not included 

• Flights and transfers to the hotel are not included however we often arrange for you to be pickup on arrival (normal taxi fares apply) and assuming we have your flight details. (transfers can be arranged upon request)

• Evening meals. Lunches on non-fishing days

• Tips for fishing guide and clubhouse staff

• Equipment rental and end tackle, flies, leader etc

• Alcoholic beverages

 

Other useful information  

 

Within a 2 minute walk of the hotel is a great selection of restaurants within Port Lucaya including, pizza, gourmet burgers, Bahamian infusion, Greek, Italian and tapas.

 

Great selection of non fishing related activities are available near by, including: kayak tours, diving & snorkeling, shark dives, jeep tours or personalized tours with our outfitter staff. 

 

Great selection of off site restaurants to choose from within a  20 minute taxi ride which include:

 

• East Sushi Restaurant, by the harbor with hourly shark feeding 

• The Stoned Crab, located on the beach, newest restaurant in Freeport 

• Banana Bay located on the beach, for lunch and Friday evening dinners

• Dolphin Cove on the canal 

• Terry’s conch stand for freshly made conch salads

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

 

• 50% deposit required with reservation. No booking is considered confirmed
  until receipt of deposit. Final payment must be paid 45 or more days prior
  to arrival date. Any bookings requested within 60 days of reservation date
  must be paid in full.

• Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to reservation date is a full
  refund.

• Cancellations made between 60 to 89 days prior to reservation date is
  a 50% refund of the deposit amount ie. 25% of total package.

• Cancellations made less than 60 days to arrival date there is no refund of any kind.

• If a cancelled package of equal or larger amount is re-sold then a full refund will be sent minus a $100 fee per angler. 

• All fishing days must be consecutive. This can be customized based on guide availability upon arrival.

• If a reschedule request is made  between14 to 45 days of arrival date, it will be at the discretion of H2o to accommodate the booking at a later date.  Only one rebooking will be allowed after which the trip is forfeited. All rescheduling trips need to be made within 1 year of original booking date.  

• If a reschedule is requested within 14 days,  a reschedule fee will be applied for (25% of the total cost of the trip)  Only one rebooking will be allowed after which the trip is forfeited.  Rebooking dates will be at the discretion of H2o. All rescheduling trips need to be made within 1 year of original booking date.

• H2o reserves the right to implement a fuel surcharge should prices increase noticeably between the confirmed booking date and the actual trip dates.

 

All H2o cancellations must be requested by email along with a phone call confirming the cancellation has been received by H2o.  The cancellation dates will be considered and calculated from the received date of email.

 

H2O recommends all anglers to purchase travel, health and package cancellation insurance to cover them in the event of any loss due to cancellation, injury or sickness while traveling too, staying and returning home from Pelican Bay. This maybe purchased through  travelex insurance at 1-800-877-1259. We also suggest that you check out
